Vertical Shaft Impactor (VSI)

Aspire Vertical Shaft Impactor has been developed with inputs from aggregate producers. The high velocity impact crusher in Aspire VSI enhances the shape of the aggregates and improves the surface structure. It is suitable for all types of materials.

- Simple interchangeable cartridge-type rock box for 'rock and rock' applications.
- Parallel flow systems provide increased capacity and reduce micro fines content.
- Better shaping of material helps reduce voids, resulting in lower cement consumption.

Horizontal Shaft Impactor (HSI)
[AM-HCR-Series]
Aspire Horizontal Shaft Impactor delivers high reliablity. It has high efficiency belt drive and hydraulic gap management. It is designed for Limestone, Dolomite, Gravel, Glass, Salt, Gypsum and Potash.
Salient Features:
- Excellently designed crushing chamber, rigid and heavy rotor, and below bars have increased the production capacity of our HSI.
- The possibility of horizontal or vertical removal of the below bar from the rotor makes it suitable for use in space-constrained environments.
- Aspire HSI offers an outstanding reduction ratio compared to other horizontal crushers.
- Two heavy-duty aprons are used in our HSI.
- This special machine is designed to function as both a secondary and tertiary crusher.
